Good morning, Dear One, we wish for you a blessed day. You come to us with some commotion swirling around you and we thank you for the realization that peace abides within you. Is it not liberating to know that you needn't wait for the precise pristine moment to commune with the indwelling source of peace and wisdom? There is no need for ritual or practiced poses or breaths, albeit these are all good and uplifting. But life, your human life, gets busy. It is precisely when you begin to feel the pressure rising, when you are amidst the gathering clouds before the storm arises, it is then you can shift your attention and seek refuge before and during the storm. The refuge is ever present. Remember well Dear One that you carry the peace, the Light, and the Love within you. Go there often.
And so we bless this "space" and the sacred communion we share. What do you bring to us this fine morning?
Question: Good morning Husna. I wasn't sure if I'd feel the connection with you while sitting here in this waiting room. But it feels comfortable and comforting to have this conversation with you. I feel your presence and I am grateful. You say that we don't need to wait for the precise pristine moment to find peace. I wonder how we cultivate this ability to live peacefully amidst the chaos because it seems like something that could really help us move toward a more peaceful world.
Answer: Yes, the unfolding awareness that each human heart is a tabernacle where peace abides would greatly shift the frequency of the planet. The imbalance and slide into discord, or chaos as you say, comes from the forgetting. The frequency of peace, love, joy, awe and all other holy emotions ( we use human language, for these emotions are in fact the vibrational tuning that is your true nature, your baseline), are your birthright. Each human is born attuned to this high vibrational frequency and perfectly aligned to Source's energetic vibration. That resident indwelling resonance never disappears nor varies. It may become quieter and quieter as your human nature takes charge. But it remains as does the glowing ember of Light that is your essence burning from the origin point of Universal Love energy. Hear us well, the calibrated Source frequency is your birthright that abides within you and your Light Being. It is your human form, your body, that falls out of alignment. Awakening is the recalibration of the whole of you, mind, body, heart and soul, moving back into vibrational alignment.
That Dear One is the gift that is offered to you at every moment. It is the gift you receive when you move your attention into your interior world, your heart space. It is offered at every moment because you breathe every moment. You breathe wherever you are. Return your attention simply to that life affirming gift of breath and open yourself to the peace that resides within. It is of course about surrender. Surrender, Beloved to the natural flow. Open yourself to allow for the release of what weighs you down. Allow for the release of what constricts the flow of your breath and the indwelling peace that accompanies your breath. Allow and accept the gift of peace with gratitude. Gratitude expands you and there the rebalance begins.
Question: Okay I understand that for the moments we pay attention we can return to peace. But is that sustainable as we go about our everyday lives?
Answer: We return the question to you. Why would you shift your attention away from whole living? We would call it Holy Living. It is quite simple. It merely requires you to expand into the fullness of who you truly are. You are both human and divine. That truth is your truth from the moment of your incarnation until the time you are liberated from the body. Once that truth takes firm hold in your awareness, there is no other way to be in this world. Then the energetic frequency that is your true balance point will flow effortlessly through you and out into the manifest world.
We use an analogy that perhaps will resonate. There is a saying you have that it is optimal performance when an engine "runs on all cylinders, or fires on all cylinders." This is an apt analogy. Why would you run on anything less than the full force of your true nature? Why would you accept anything less than the power of the full fire that burns within? It is indeed more pleasant and easier to allow the pure intelligence that is yours within the Field to power you.
Is it sustainable you ask? Ahh, does not an engine last longer when properly maintained, properly calibrated? We dare say, your life would become one of flow and ease and all of life would be sustainable. You abide within this Field of pure love, pure potential, pure flowing energy. Open yourself to it and the gifts that flow from it. It is all yours, always available. That is the peace we speak of that surrounds you wherever you may be.
