Dear One, we return and continue our dialogue. We ask if you paused and felt a shift when you visualized the golden chord that connects you to your sacred Source? We urge you to continue practicing the pause and feeling into the sacred connection you share with your Divine Creator. This is an essential practice. This is the perfected opening that returns you to awareness of the most glorious Essence of You. This, Beloved, is the expansion your soul’s desires. Open and receive the gifts and feed your soul.
And so we begin anew. Together we join and as one we breathe and settle in. Our intention is expansion. Our means is love. We affirm that we are all Beings of Light. We are affirm that we each are connected to our Divine Creator. We affirm that with this blessed connection to the One we are indeed connected one to the other. It is all flow. It is all light. It is all love. It is all sacred union. It is All. Ahhhhh….
Beloveds, we breathe together and we begin with the, I am. We inhale the I am, the truth of who we each are. “I am.” Maintaining your focus on the essence of that blessed I am, slowly breathe out and with the exhale affirm now, The Divine Creator Is.
Slowly breathe in, deeply. Affirm the I am. Gently hold the in breath. As you hold the breath in your heart space, shift your attention to your third eye and visualize the golden chord that connects you to Source. Visualize the brilliant energy of Love that flows as light from the cosmos down to the top of your head, through you, and all around you. Fill your auric field with this luminous energy. Feel the I am, your essence.
Now slowly breathe out affirming, the Divine Creator is. As you exhale visualize that Light, that Love, the energy that is Divine Source Energy, visualize it as it radiates out from you beyond your aura out into the shimmering Web of Light. Now slowly, Breathe it all in. Breathe it all out. Feel your connection to your Divine Creator and to All that Is.
I am. The Divine Creator is. The inflow. The outflow. This is the eternal ebb and flow that holds you. This is the luminous and interconnected Field in which you live. This is the interconnected Web that holds us All.
Beloved. This is Oneness. This is the point where peace comes to you as easily as the air you breathe. This is the point where wisdom flows through you as naturally as the life blood circulates through your body. This is the point where Love transforms the very essence of your being. This is where you transcend and come to know The I am that is You.
Pause and let Truth sink in. Let it settle into every part of you. Every fiber. Every nerve. Every cell. Awaken into the truth of these words. Now pause and simply feel the power. The energy. The raw and undeniable magnificence of you.
Beloved, we will return to your questions. We will address them. Be patient. We ask that you first spend time in holy communion. Move beyond the “knowledge” of these words into the deep and unmovable knowing. Open yourself wide, then even wider. Go deep, then even deeper. Receive with humble gratitude the grace that flows to you. The grace that flows outward every sacred moment from the golden chord. The chord that unites you with the Divine. The chord that has held you and fed you since the beginning of the very first desire of creation. You are that ancient. That precious. That loved. Ahhhhh….
Resting now in this state of communion, in this state of expanded awareness of your eternal union with your Divine Creator, affirm “I and my Divine Creator are One”. Now ponder your question. “How do I make myself more open to guidance, to hearing and feeling the impulses of Spirit?” Sit with the question knowing you are the open channel of the Divine ready to receive the very guidance you desire.
We leave you in the pause. We will return to commune with you and share in the sacred flow of grace. We whisper to you to hold the I am with reverence. And so, affirm that All is well. And so it is. And for this we give thanks. Amen.
