Dear Ones, we continue. And we ask, are you living in story? Do you find yourself holding on to patterned ways of thinking, speaking, acting? Do these patterns show up in some form of judgment? Do these patterns take you out of presence? Are you listening deeply to allow yourself to connect with your brothers and sisters? Or is your mind racing always at the ready to argue your point of view because, well you know, you are right! Or, do you pause before you speak so as to allow the alignment of heart and mind to flow into your words?
Pause Beloved and be curious. Notice who you say you are. The I AM is powerful. Practice pausing before you attribute a story to your perfect Self. Your past experiences shaped you. But they needn’t define you. At least not forever. The journey into awakening is a journey of release…and expansion. By letting go you become more. We believe you say addition by subtraction. That is more true than you know.
Be aware of how you think and speak of yourself. When you say, “I am…” be aware of how you fill in the blank. Pause. Notice not only what are saying but how you feel it, both in your body and energetically.
“I am…” Let the statement sink in. Are you limiting yourself? Is there something below the identification that perhaps is attached to an old story, an old way of thinking? Does the attribute feel constrictive? Sit with it. Does it align with the Truth that you are a child of the Divine, created in innocence and perfection? Does your “I am” bring you into union or does it separate? Be curious and notice.
You need not answer these questions. Take them Into the pause. Inscribe them on your scroll. Cast them into the Sea of Love. And then await the revelation. The answer. The return to peace. The return to Love. It will come. Indeed you can cast aside the old story, the old belief, the old costume and role. You need not cling to any part of your past. You are free to be who you wish to be. Each moment you are free to choose again and again.
You see Dear Ones, it is all exploration. It is all untangling. It is all loosening and emptying. For Beloved, once you are truly emptied, cleared and untangled from old ways of thinking, believing and being, then you become the clear and open channel. Then you will be able to fully allow Spirit to speak and work through you without static or confusion. Your message will be clear because you, Beloved, are clear. Once you are clear you become free of the need to control.
So play Dear Ones. Play in the Sea of Love. Feel into the spaciousness and give yourself the freedom to wiggle out of old patterns and uncomfortable clothes and shoes that no longer fit the emerging You. You can shed what no longer serves you. You can keep what does. You can spruce up the parts of you that are beginning to glow and shimmer as your luminous and perfect Self emerges. Love the costume change.. love the scene change.. love the script change. Love your changing role. Love it all and know you can let go…and therein open wider. Expand.
Beloved, listen to us. Listen well. Who you are is who you speak into the I AM. Allow the perfect, innocent, luminous YOU to shine through in each thought, each word, each deed. For you are a radiant beam of light imbued with grace, wisdom, peace and love. Wear that beautiful mantle of sparkling light and gift upon the world the radiance of your most holy and beautiful Self. Whatever role you are in, align it with this your True Nature.
And so for today we simply pause and in peace, together we affirm our truth. For all is well. Infinitely well. And so it is. And for this we give thanks. Amen.
