Who We Are

We are those who were curious.

We are a small but growing community of seekers, those who are curious, who are learning to be open, to be present, and to be more awake and alive through the messages given by Husna.

The visual and written transmissions are received through two women whose stories are briefly shared below.

Donna DePiano

Misha

Donna DePiano, known spiritually as Misha, is a lifelong seeker of spiritual wisdom with a deep desire to live a life of service. After more than twenty years in healthcare, she and her partner, Terry, fulfilled a lifelong dream of moving to the peaceful coast of Delaware, where her spiritual journey took an unexpected turn.

For more than a decade, Donna has explored the unseen world through photography, capturing what she describes as magnificent Light Beings. Early in her journey she was mystified and slightly frightened of the Lights. She prayed to Saint Michael the Archangel for protection. She was delighted when she was gifted her spiritual name during a session: Misha. Misha, in Russian, is the name for Archangel Michael. Donna/Misha had been venerating Archangel Michael in her interior life for many years before this name was given to her by the Light Beings.

Today, she continues to explore and share her experiences with those seeking greater meaning.

As she writes:

"These beings heard me in my deepest prayer calling on Michael and honored me as his namesake. This gift I celebrate every day. His strength and faith inspire me to share these wonderful gifts with others who are also seeking greater meaning."

Barbara Quijano

Paladin

Barbara Quijano is a retired Senior Executive Service leader from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where she served in a variety of executive leadership roles over a distinguished 27-year career. She is also a certified Executive Coach and a member of the California Bar Association.

Following her retirement from federal service, Barbara embraced a deeper spiritual calling that led her toward writing, healing work, and personal transformation. She is the author of two spiritually themed novels, Angelic Wavelength and Alma's Mirror, both inspired by themes of awakening, connection, and the unseen dimensions of life.

Barbara is the mother of four children and grandmother to seven grandchildren. She lives in Maryland with her husband and finds joy in writing, traveling the world, and walking the historic C&O Towpath.
